Knock Knock Who's There Program by Spectrum puppets teaches children how to recognize, avoid and disclose abuse to a safety-net provider. It is no wonder Regina Marscheider has been bestowed with numerous awards including an Emmy in 1994, an FBI Director¹s Community Leadership Award in 1996, Virginia Beach Human Rights Award in 2002, a Foundation for the Improvement of Justice Award in 2002, an Alli Award in 2003 and a regional and statewide Jefferson Award in 2005.Regina resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with her husband and co-producer Ed Marscheider and their four children.
